"we stayed here for a transfer flight. overall it did its job well and we would stay here again next time. the hotel looks upscale and facilities look new. rooms are big. beds are comfortable. bathroom and shower are roomy. staff were friendly and helpful. communication from hotel before our trip was very helpful. there are definitely things to improve though: we booked two rooms one month in advance but were still put on two different floors and couldn't get to each other because elevator needs room key to ride. we checked in at night and the AC was not on and my room was at 30 degree C. I had to leave it full power overnight to get down to 25. Also we purchased breakfast only to find it with very limited variety. It's probably comparable to what you will get at a two star hotel in the US. by Asian standard it is under expectation. I highly recommend travellers to skip breakfast here and eat at the airport. shuttle bus to airport was great. it's a full sized bus and don't need reservation (which could mean sold out when you check in). bus was clean and beautifully decorated. Driver was very friendly. it will be even better if it runs until a bit later at night. we couldn't make the last shuttle to hotel at 10:10PM, and had to take the airport shuttle, which runs 24hrs (hotel message said last was at 10:20pm which is inaccurate). it took us 30 minutes to arrive at hotel."

"Great location at the heart of Songdo. The Park view is really beautiful. The hotel and amenities that are available might feel a bit outdated but with cleanliness of the room and convenience you get because of the location, that won’t be a huge problem to enjoy experiencing Songdo"

"Mega casino resort like a mini city near the airport. The ocean room was quiet and comfortable but not much an ocean view. Booked thinking the Waterpark was included with the room but wasn’t. The check in staff seemed a bit snooty. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay before or after a flight for a short rest and relaxation. But very far from Seoul. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient."

"From the Incheon Airport, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi. Otherwise, the ocean view is amazing and everything was clean. The receptionist was not so helpful, but that is a minor point. If staying overnight for connecting flights, this is recommended. We spent a day in Seoul."
