"I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best.
The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels.
Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them.

Vedat, one of the waiters in the restaurant was a star for us, looking after us extremely well.
Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there.
Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."
"Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant.
We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold.
Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym."

"Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Hotel Anjeliq Downtown. Vi rejste som to familier og var meget tilfredse med både værelserne og servicen. "Was good and quiet as well.only i felt not treated fairly as i had VIP access on my booking but was given nothings and also i mentioned my husband had birthday the following morning nothings was done even if i.had to pay but he said i will give a drink which he didn't get it...i paid every drink while my VIP package ihad free drinks everyday..on my check out he still charged me the soft drinks i had on my room and when i ask my VIP access package he replied you didn't ask which put me off could do better "

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Housekeeping was insufficient, and the bathroom was extremely outdated. The shower head was not working properly, and the beds did not appear to be clean enough."
