Inca Trip

Really nice room + amazing breakfast. Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town) Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool).

Can't fault the hotel at all. Modern rooms. Extremely clean. Spacious. It is not a "party" hotel, so if that's what you're after this is probably not the hotel for you.

When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor. We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!

Terrible experience with the Staff, my sister in law with my niece was sitting in the lobby a whole day to be checked in, totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Hyatt hires untrained and rude staff with ZERO desire to help and resolve a simple situation.
