本館滞在

本館は長期滞在向き。古いのは玉にきず。 別館がメインになっているので、注意と、連絡通路がオープンエアーなので冬は厳しそう。

古さはいなめません

よく調べなかった自分の落ち度でもありますが、部屋に冷房がありませんでした。開閉できる窓は小さい窓が一つだけ、宿泊した日は暑く、窓を開けても涼しさを感じることができませんでした。ドライヤー、アメニティグッズもありませんでした。ビジネスホテルの設備とはだいぶ違います。(ウイングタワーの方の設備はどうかわかりませんが。)三階建てでエレベーターはありません。さまざまな点をよく確認してからの予約をおすすめします。

コスパに合わずガッカリ。

本館に4/3と4/4、二泊しました。ビジネスホテルと比較すると可成り見劣りがする。インターネットが使用できない。ベッドサイズが小さく足が延ばせず疲労が蓄積。部屋についている風呂は小さく体育座りをしてやっと入る始末。ヘアードライヤー常備されておらず別館のフロントまで取りに行った。

無料の送迎バスがあり、便利です。 朝食バイキングが種類豊富で美味しいです! スキー場がすぐ裏にあります。それほど大きなゲレンデではありませんが、傾斜が緩やかで、スキー/スノボーデビューには良いと思います。 本館は構造が複雑で、泊まる部屋によっては結構歩く&階段を使うので、脚が不自由な方だと少々大変かと思います。 お風呂は広々としていて気持ちが良いです。

We we're not in thw main building. The side building's room was ok, but the bathroom was narrow and the sink very low (around my knees). But the beds were comfortable and the free onsen and shuttle service was welcomed.

コンドミニアム初体験

エクスペディアの予約時に、特価につられて深く考えずにコンドミニアムを予約しました。キッチンやゲスト用ベッドのあるお部屋は初体験でしたが、母とスキー合宿にでも来たような気分を味わえて新鮮でした。 ウイングタワーの大浴場は1階2階と二つあって、2階は露天風呂。明るい時間帯は猪苗代湖を展望しつつの入浴ができます。本館の大浴場も広々として清潔です。 「空調が無いので網戸で調整してください」と言われ面食らいましたが、土地柄なのか全く暑さを感じることなく熟睡させていただきました。 朝ご飯バイキングは、種類が豊富です。お漬物の種類までも豊富なのも特筆すべき点でしょうか。タラコ嬉しかった！ 屋外にあるハーブガーデンは、ホテル業の片手間に作りました的な中途半端なものではなく、しっかりと本格的なハーブガーデン。ショップで取り扱う品目も幅広く、丁寧にお店を作っているなあという感じ。チェックアウト後、お昼まで遊ばせてもらいました。 スキーのオフシーズンも楽しめるようにというホテルの心遣いがひしひしと伝わり、十分に楽しませていただきました。ありがとうございました。

子供達が喜ぶプールがある。室内のプールが 良い。

私の子供が 小さい頃、数回泊まりました。そして今回は 孫を連れて 来ました。懐かしいかぎりです。子供の日で外では イベントも開催中で そこで一日中遊べました。大変楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

スキーシーズン向けの施設

本館の部屋は、汚いというよりは古い。それでも問題はないけど。ウイングタワーに比較すると、満足感は得にくい。それでも宿泊費は、恐らく本館の方がやすいのではないかと思う。 スキーシーズンならそれほど問題はないと思うが、それ以外ならきになるのだと思う。 スタッフは、親切で、ウイングタワーの大浴場や、お土産屋さん、ゲームセンターも子供は満足できていた。 利用はしなかったが、アトラクションや、屋内プールは子供連れには喜ばれそう。

建物が古いので団地ぽくて隣の部屋の声が聞こえるのが、、少しきになりました。 ですが三連休ということもあり 価格はとても優しい金額でした！！

予想していたより設備が古かった。部屋風呂は狭くて入れない。新館の大浴場を利用。

かなり昔の造りらしく、隣とのドアが隣接しすぎて大変。室内の器具も古く、特にお風呂は湯船につかれないと思うほど狭い。子供たちも家の湯船より狭く驚いていた。今回食事なしのプランで宿泊しましたが、 地方のビジネス旅館という感じで思えば納得できる。価格面でもビジネス旅館クラスと同等に価格を下げればと思います。設定が高い。新館は普通のホテルでした。

おすすめしません

新しい新館とは雲泥の差で、汚い、古い、使いづらいの三拍子でした。 フロントの案内も不親切で、暖房の注意も間違った説明でした（スチーム暖房なのでさわらないで、、と言いながら実際はガス暖房で使い方もわかりませんでした）

ネットの紹介とかけ離れていた

最悪でした本館にはフロントに係が居ないし部屋もベッドもバスもシャワーも使いたくない状態で二度と利用しない

部屋が汚く全くメンテされていない。気持ちが悪い。

古いのは仕方ないと我慢できても、汚いのはホテル側の保守の手抜きとしか言えない。また宿泊したいとは到底思えない。今時、小学生の団体旅行でもそうとわかっていたらこんな所には宿泊しないだろう。
