"It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip."

"We saw Mount Fuji early in the morning and it was breathtaking! Breakfast overlooking the forest behind the property was delicious and so beautiful. The onsen in our room was wonderful! "Great setup and nice room spaces. The room we were assigned was worn and while the rook was clean the shower room was dirty and moldy through the grouping. It a 3 night stay along the peninsula this was the most expensive day but this property was not the best of the three (so competitively inferior to its peers)."
