"The hotel is well maintained and complimentary apple juices given and located just right beside check-in counter. All staffs are friendly. Just a drawback that it is located about 15 minute walk away from Aomori Station."

"The property and rooms appear to be quite old everything was very basic nothing to be impressed with by any means. The cleaning staff came into my room and it looked like they went through my things, I’ve never experienced that and I’m not one to say something like this loosely because it’s a serious issue but it was evident and I think that’s unacceptable. The towels they left in my room were old and dirty. "

"Great hotel!! Everything is clean, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. It’s super close to train station and about 20-25 min walk to Hirosaki castle or by bus. Lots of places to eat around. Visitor center across the street at train station. Recommend visiting that to help plan itinerary etc. They also have cheap car parking if renting a car. Will be staying here again when visiting Hirosaki."
