"We stayed in a newly redone room, it was very nice. One problem though, went through a full renovation but didn't change out the toilet. I know miniscule but, if you're going through upgrades, why leave an important thing old? "

"The rooms are noisy. You can hear neighbors closets squeaking and closing during the night. DO NOT let your kids in the jacuzzi. They are over chlorinated the kids and adults were coughing from the gases and staff didnt care. They said they couldnt do anything about it. The restaurants and play are good if you are not staying the night. "

The hotel was clean, the customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated the generous supply of water (a big plus!), ee ended up staying an extra night. "We had a nice 3 night stay at the resort. Pool was quiet and clean. We hiked in the mornings, relaxed in the pool during the day and made it to Julian for a day trip. Overall nice place to stay and get away. "

"Love this property and all of its amenities. Easy check in, quiet clean rooms, AC felt great, clean refreshing pools with beautiful views of the mountains. Shower had good water pressure and the toiletries were excellent. Comfortable, but firm bed, and a lovely continental breakfast delivered to our room was such a treat that made our stay feel extra special. We will definitely be back."
