"The only reason I gave Appleton Boutique Hotel 2 stars is because the staff were very polite, friendly and resourceful. Besides that, the lobby windows were always dirty during breakfast time I had roaches crawling on my table, even on my mother’s plate on more than one occasion. The lobby after hours always smelt like pest control spray. I even saw mice droppings near the food serving area. Disgusting!!! I will never return!"
"Great price for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, hot water was good. The shuttle service was excellent was picked up at the airport on time from an evening flight back and had a very early international flight the next morning, when I went downstairs the driver was already there waiting. This service alone is so worth it especially for a solo female traveler. Didn’t have the chance to try their breakfast maybe next time. Thank you I had a short and pleasant stay."
