Hotel is really nice. We used the washer and dryer and it was great. Did not get to use the onsen because of our tattoos. Location was a little further than we expected and not much to do near the hotel. But if you want to be out of the city, this is a great location. We loved it.

The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do ...

It is an older style property with grace. The location is great being right next to the train station and doorstep to the airport bus. One downside will be the sound of the railway crossing that start around 6:00.
