"Perfect location on the beach. Being from Texas we were hoping not having AC wouldn’t be an issue but it was slightly uncomfortable. Plus we had to open our windows and it was extremely noisy. Dryers were broken which was very frustrating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a bundle of firewood and smores for your family to do on the beach- super cute. Also have beach toys for kids. Very cute town and within walking distance to many things. Rooms were very outdated, but ok. We would consider staying here again."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay. I loved the interior design/ decor and it was nice and clean. The pool was a bit cold for my liking, but the hot tub was enjoyable. Plenty of pool towels for guests. Just wish there were more seating around the pool. Other reviews really talked up the breakfast, but I found it to be average. We enjoyed the cookies at the desk, such a nice touch. The room amenities were nice. I would say the hair dryer was one of the best I have used at a hotel. We were on the second floor without a balcony, but the windows opened easily to let in fresh air. It was nice because the water fountain was right below the room and it added a white noise when we left a window open at night. I also liked how there was a small hose outside the building. It was great to be able to rinse the sand off our feet and the sand dollars and shells we found beach combing. Overall, one of our top favorite hotel stays. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside."

"Everything was in the room was clean and smelled fresh. The view was beautiful but you could not see the ocean for the trees. We checked in on a Monday after a busy weekend so the staff was tired and not very welcoming...kind of robotic. They were a little more friendly the next day. The shades made it nice and dark in the room and the AC unit worked like a champ. The location was perfect."

"Second time staying here this year. Our kids love the pool and the back patio area. Gas fire pits so we can make s’mores was so fun! Complementary breakfast in the morning. Our room has always been clean and we never had any issue with anything! Very dog and family friendly"
