"The rooms and amenities are a little dated, but they were comfortable and served their purpose well. This was our first trip with our 10-month-old, and having a kitchenette made it much easier to prepare his meals. The room was also very spacious, which gave our baby plenty of space to move around.
Breakfast was fairly standard and nothing special. However, we really liked the location—the hotel is right next to the beach, with a paved path nearby for walking and biking. We had an ocean-facing room and really enjoyed the beautiful views.
I was slightly concerned about the airflow in the room, so we kept the windows open at night. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place for our first trip with the baby."
"Great staff, clean room, parking was good and the location was great. This hotel was directly on the promenade with ocean views from some rooms and direct access to the beach. Very walkable area to shopping, restaurants, bars and breweries.
The downsize was our room was directly across from the elevator and ice machine. It was fairly noisy until 9:45pm then again 1:00am. We had a super cheap rate and didn't push for saying not to be close to these two areas like I normally would have requested. Lesson learned-it doesn't hurt to ask at any rate."
"The room was great, very clean with an amazing view. The bed was horrible. It seemed like it was broken as if someone had jumped on it. Also the upstairs plumbing was extra loud. The staff is super nice. The manager did say they are doing extensive renovation with new beds and tv's this year."
"The room was clean, comfortable and updated. The road noise might bother light sleepers. Not a lot of dining options within comfortable walking distance."
"When we arrived and checked in, the person manning the desk changed our rooms and arranged for my mom to be on the first floor in a handicapped accessible room and then put us right next door at no extra cost. Extraordinarily accommodating and we were so appreciative! Very clean rooms. Very, very satisfied!"
