The hotel itself is nice, Diversion road is always busy and not much sound barrier. No smoking allowed in the whole city. So if you smoke and get caught you get a fine. It makes you feel like a criminal for smoking cigarettes.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Building imoverall is clean but old and in significant need of a facelift. AC in gym was not functional and I felt like the treadmill was on its last leg. The mall and esplanade were in close proximity so that was a plus. Grab works well in Iloilo and the city is fairly easy to get around.

Can’t complain staff are always there if ever you complained about the toilet slow going down they will be there right away fixing things, even if I complained of the smell they do things right away πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ It’s not a 5 star hotel but we feel safe and comfortable it’s enough for us…. Didn’t make use of breakfast facilities - A/C was a little noisy, but worked adequately. Water pressure to shower and hand basin was disappointing. Staff were excellent - couple of minor issues we experienced were resolved within a few minutes. Overall, a nice hotel to stay for a few days.
