"The front desk was unable to "find" my reservation despite showing my expedia confirmation. They were unwilling to research or investigate and very was unhelpful. I felt so unwelcome that I booked to stay on another hotel. I was unable to refund my booking and the owner failed to reach out. "

"I was moved from Palladium to Lafayette rating the latter. Staff was very good but cookware and some utensils were old. There were flying ants which appeared sporadically. I was concerned about air conditioner where it was only enclosed with light styrofoam which is often blown away leaving much air escaping "

"The unit is perfect when staying in Iloilo City. It is accessible since the location is at Megaworld Boulevard, making the commuting experience so easy. The unit itself is also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were all good, the unit had an electric stove, refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Plus, the unit was fully air conditioned. We enjoyed the unit’s Netflix as well as the condo’s swimming pool. The view from the L-shaped balcony was also very pleasant, you can see...
