The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they provided soap bars or had dispensers for shower gel instead of the little packages of shower gel they distribute. Need to change this product. Also, it would be nice if they had a small and clean iron for those of us who need to attend a work meeting. Easy stuff to solve. Everything else......no complains on my part. "
