"This was one of the most beautiful hotels my daughter and I stayed in during our time in Zakynthos. The views were amazing. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We always returned to a clean room with fresh towels. The hotel does not have a elevator and we were staying on the 3rd floor but one of the staff members carried our luggage for us!! The two restaurants in front of the hotel also offered amazing meals. I would definitely stay there again!!"

"The hotel was seriously outdated, we had to ask for hot water everyday so we could have a shower, lights didnt work in the roon also the Wifi is hit and miss. The pool bar is run by a lovley lady during the day but unfortunately the young man who takes over in the evening isnt, there also isn't a menu at the bar even though they do serve food as we found out on our last day. the only good thing I can say there was 2 fantastic cleaners who did our room. Unfortunately they've been moved to another hotel making way for younger cleaners who haven't got a clue what they're doing. They close the pool at 6 every night even though the temp is hot. We love Zante and Argassi but would never stay at this hotel again."

"A beautifully presented and maintained property. Staff were all delightful and helpful, and restaurant, bar, and beach facilities were all excellent. I loved a full kettle in the room, and the complimentary bottle of wine. My only complaints are that the bed was a bit hard, and the spot allowed for bath towels to hang did not facilitate them actually drying."
