The staff here are really excellent. Guilherme helped me book a special tour to the natural pool in Taubaté. The breakfast was delicious, too. The hotel is close to the balsa and close to the main street. However, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. If I return to Ilhabela, I would stay here again.

Fiquei pouco tempo, mas foi muito bom. O quarto estava muito limpo e equipado com ar condicionado. Pousada simples, mas muito gostosa. Café da manhã honesto. O melhor mesmo foi o atendimento muito amigável. Fica apenas minha sugestão para que eles instalem um ponto de abastecimento de carro elétrico.

Poderia melhorar nos detalhes

Café da manhã bem simples, ficamos 7 dias e em todos os dias só tinham as mesmas coisas para comer. Outra coisa ruim, tem espaço para fazer refeições porém só podem comer ou tomar algo se tiver comprado na pousada. Outro ponto é o Wi-Fi da pousada super ruim, não conseguíamos ficar conectados nem por min, acabamos usando a nossa do celular!

Bom custo x benficio

O local é super acolhedor, bem bonito a area da piscina e da recepcao, os funcionarios em geral como recepção e café sao extremamente gentis, prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é oferecido pelo serviço de pedidos na mesa por conta da pandemia, tem queijo presunto, café, leite, ovos, frutas, 2 opcoes de bolo, suco e geleia, achamos uma delicia. O quarto é bem amplo, tem tv, frigobar, ar, chuveiro eletrico e os lencois e toalhas estavam limpos, entretanto o cobertor estava com cabelos, indicando que não foi lavado, como já era tarde qnd percebi, dormimos só com o lençol por que achamos prudente não usar. O banheiro tem um chuveiro bem forte e quentinho, mas agua acumula no boxe, precisa melhorar o escoamento no piso, mas, tomamos banho normalmente. No quarto tem um espaço pra colocar roupas, tipo um closset, esse móvel é de madeira e tem um odor forte, desagradavel, mas, vc só sente nesse espaco, talvez se fosse lixado e passado um verniz esse cheiro de madeira velha seja reduzido. Achei legal ter cabides no quarto pra estender roupas e obfato dos funcionarios serem super solicitos e o local super agradavel, tem um excelente custo beneficio e vale muito a hospedagem. Agradecemos a recepção!!

Lugar para relaxar e aumentar a qualidade de vida

A pousada é bonita, ambiente super tranquilo e agradável. Quarto limpo e confortável, mas as camas são pequenas. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, dão dicas de passeios, lugares para comer. Infelizmente não oferece petiscos ou outras refeições, só café da manhã que é ótimo. A localização é boa, fica próximo a balsa, mercado, mas achei os bancos um pouco longe. Próximo tem um restaurante maravilhoso "Empório Barra Mix". A piscina é boa, limpa todos os dias. O Wi-fi é muito ruim, mesmo na piscina. Por ser ilha, tem muito borrachudos, picam o dia todo, em qualquer lugar. O bom que tem ar condicionado no quarto que alivia.

A hospedagem em sim foi boa, so Nao gostei da falta de informação pois... Não nos pergutaram se irmos querer pesseio, no chik in ai no dia seguinte foos nos informar sob o mesmo. A recepcionista falou que não dava mais tinha que fala antes "ops mais Nao nos pergutaram" pra pode fazer reserva do passeio... enfim isso me deixou muito irritada pois era importante o passeio,pra gente sai na vellin supwr chateada.
