Amazing location. The 4 stars on the building did not replicate the experience thou. I have spoken to the manager and staff about this, Frederik Felix, Studio Felix Ltd and advised a few things. No bottle of water in the room. Got some ideas how to change the interiors a bit and maintain the paintwork on the outside/rear.

Ótima A única coisa que achamos que poderia melhorar seria o café da manhã, ficamos 3 dias e foram as mesmas coisas, os mesmos sabores de suco, as mesmas comidas , sentimos falta de bolo mais recheados , doces, tapiocas e mais opções de pães recheados, coisas diferentes , o que foi servido estava bem gostoso , mas eram coisas do nosso dia a dia , pães , presunto, queijo , ovos mexidos, salsicha pão de queijo , 3 tipos de frutas , estou comparando de outras viagens que fizemos e tinha essa variedade. Mas super recomendo, principalmente para quem não gosta de comer muitas coisas no café da manhã .

A experiência foi boa. Únicos dois ponyos negativos são o sofá cama que é pequeno (cama de solteiro) e extremamente dura e desconfortável. Meu filho nâo conseguiu dormir e eu que tiva que passar duas péssimas noites mal dormidas. A cama de casak é ótima e o quarto em sí, muito bom. Outro ponto negatívo é o horário fo café da manhâ e espaço. Café das 08:00 as 10:30, p3lo menos uma hora e meia a menos que qualquer flat/hotel, o que gera acumulo de pessoas e filas de espera. Mesmo nâo sendo um feriado, nâo tinha espaço suficiente para todos, muita gente fica esperando por muito tempo para o café e p3lo curto espaço de tempo, só piora. No mais, é uma hospedagem boa.

Não vá com filhos pequenos.

Não gostamos do atendimento, zero empatia e acessibilidade para quem tem filhos pequenos. Não tem trocador em nenhuma parte do hotel, nem nos quartos e nem nos banheiros comunitários. Não houve limpeza dos quartos em nenhum dia, microondas não funcionava e não conseguíamos nem se quer esquentar uma água para a mamadeira do nosso filho, arrumaram a máquina apenas as 11h do dia da nossa saída. Estamos extremamente decepcionados. Nós não voltaremos!

Me colocaram em um quarto antigo, nada haver com a foto que mostra no momento da reserva, chuveiro parecia uma torneira amassado e saia água como torneira msm, televisão só pegava, globo, band, sbt e tv aparecida, reclamei pois na reserva mostrava tv a cabo, liguei na recepção o rapaz me disse que era só tv aberta, café da manhã simples, nada de excepcional, pra mim um hotel razoável, pra dizer 3 estrelas não mais do que isso.

- Hotel com uma boa localização, com bares, restaurantes, shopping, tudo próximo. - café da manhã servido das 8h às 10:30min com uma boa variedade: dois tipos de sucos, um Danone, frios, pão de queijo, ovos mexidos, salsinha, dois tipos de bolos, café e chás, banana, mamão, melão e abacaxi, aveia e granola. - roupa de cama e toalhas ( solicitei berço (ok)) , não vi cobertores no quarto. Shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes. O chuveiro é bem difícil para esquentar! - no apartamento 2210 tinha uma cozinha com frigobar ( sem consumo) , microondas, bucha com detergente, jogo de copos, xícaras, pratos e talheres ( ponto positivo, ajudou bastante). - Duas piscinas, uma infantil e outra adulto ( não são aquecidas). - Hotel não consta nenhuma atração para crianças, mas na praia tem vários playgrounds próximos ( somente em dias de chuva que complicaria mesmo). - Hotel tranquilo, com uma decoração budista. - Hotel de frente para a praia.
