It started off great upon arrival, kids were excited to swim. - Get to room & there is hair between blankets. -hot tub smelled like fecal and had 14+ people in it at a time - front desk called the room after 1030 waking everyone up to tell us they screwed up the check in and we needed to come down ...

Rooms were outdated and relatively small considering the size of the property. Staff did not look at special notes when checking in. Lobby and dining areas were beautiful but felt like it lacked the same amazement when it came to individual rooms
