"Change of the main entrance door… Did not tell us about that, construction was outside but was in convenient for us. My sister had to walk long way. Staff was good and friendly. General manager very nice and friendly."

"This is apparently a brand new property and it's gorgeous. The breakfast is very basic but enough. We checked in and didn't like our room so request to be changed. We had literally just checked in and were told because we booked through a booking site they couldn't move us. I didn't accept that though and thankfully we were moved. The first floor rooms are weird as the windows show out onto the corridor so you can't actually enjoy light from outside as you need the shaded curtain for privacy, hence us moving."

"Spacious room. Two things that we find weird are 1) there’s a sliding partition that you can slide over to the side and you can see the bathroom (100%visibility) from shower to sink to toilet lol 2) the curtains are not thick to shield us from morning sunlight, which makes sleeping in a little challenging. I love sunlight but not with choice. Everything else are good :) "

"We were not informed when we booked that the hotel is under renovation. We were woken up at 7 am with hammering and work being done on the premises. The least that should have been offered for this inconvenience to all guests is a breakfast included instead of being expected to pay over $22.00 for breakfast per person. I. Will not go back to this location or recommend it. The front service desk people were okay but nothing stellar given the circumstances. It was obvious when you drove up to the hotel that it was under renovation and there was a note at the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience and that there would be ongoing construction starting at 7 am. Not good enough for guests who are expecting a relaxing stay"

"The staff in this hotel were great. We enjoyed the room upgrade option as well. As far as the room is concerned, it was extremely clean, and fresh linen was provided. It does get warm at night so a fan and decor would be nice. The restaurant in the hotel makes the best coffee and their breakfasts look very good with large portions. The staff do their very best to speak English also. All in all, it is a positive experience"
