"Breakfast was great! Love the choices and fresh fruit. Room was a little disappointing. The bed was comfortable. A package of tea was open. We had to ask for regular coffee pods (only decaf in the room), I dropped something by the nightstand but carpet was too dirty to try to retrieve it. Construction on the building began at 7:00 am. However, there were many pluses and was able to leave luggage there for pick up later. The front desk staff was amazing."

"The staff in this hotel were great. We enjoyed the room upgrade option as well. As far as the room is concerned, it was extremely clean, and fresh linen was provided. It does get warm at night so a fan and decor would be nice. The restaurant in the hotel makes the best coffee and their breakfasts look very good with large portions. The staff do their very best to speak English also. All in all, it is a positive experience"

"Staff was amazing. Front desk very professional and efficieint. The kitchen staff member that takes care of the breakfast was exceptional as she always greeted me every morning and asked how I was doing. Also, he cleared the plates and cups after I was done (even though I was heading to the garbage). The only thing was the coffee, not the staff's fault, but the quality could use an upgrade. But that is just nitpicking and I will definitely book all my stays here for Montreal."
