"We didn't really use the hotel facilities much, as we were at Disneyland for most of each day, however, what we did use was nice and the service was efficient and polite. "This hotel is very centrally located, however and RER station is a few yards from the entrance and at night there are a lot of homeless people arround, eventhough we never felt unsafe it was a bit unconfortable. The hotel needs more care, the furniture and fixtures are a bit run down. "Central and easy to get to everywhere. Lovely room and gardens. Staff were amazing. So efficient and friendly. Shame bar and restaurant closed which was before everything shut down.
