"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "

"the hotel was not available in Ilesa and I paid online with my card. Pls IBIS should not allow scammers to use there name with fake addresses again. I wasted 2hrs searching for the hotel before it was confirmed that the hotel does not exist in ilesa"
