The room was decent overall (it did at times have a faint smoky smell), and the hotel staff friendly & helpful. We wondered why the room didn't have a coffee pot, though (we did enjoy dining at Cafe Hollywood). The only other issue is how extremely far away the hotel lobby is from the self-parking lot (took what felt like forever to walk to/from it), and the hawkers selling wares all along the mall could be annoying at times.

The hotel is good overall — the rooms are large, and everything was clean. However, there was no kettle or pot to heat water on the stove, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the bed: it was extremely squeaky, to the point where it was almost impossible to turn over without a loud noise
