    "We checked in, and we got our room on the 9th floor. As soon as, we opened the door, the room smelled very bad like sewed. So we called the front desk right away and let them know about bad smell in our room. One of the front desk team came up and checked the room. They did give us a different room without the view. The front desk team came back with the key and told us that they did give us a another room instead. This room is on the 17th floor(#1705). The room did not have the any bad..."
