A very short walk from ueno station
Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level.

Too little staff at front desk. My food order delivery was turned away and took an hour to get it figured out and finally decided to give up. Absolutely no help from front desk/concierge staff.
Check in front desk was exceptional, though.
