Great location. We stayed on the 12th floor, the premium floor. The room was Tokyo tiny. The room was not so clean and there was hair all over. The bed was not comfortable and the things they tried to pass off as pillows were a joke.

Double room is fine for 1 person, difficult for a couple. No space for luggage and to store clothing or personal items. If staying for multiple nights, opt for a larger room. Lots of quick food pick up options near by. Laundry room busy.

1.電話がタブレットのみ。 2. 外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。 やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。 3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。 困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？ 4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、 グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。 オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティの より一層の向上に期待します。
