"The hotel is very nice and one that I would easily recommend. The drawbacks are the property's isolation and limited dining options, although I would definitely recommend the hotel's restaurant."

"This hotel was such a lovely stay as we headed back out of the country from walking the Camino. The manager and staff were so kind and helpful. It was definitely one of our favorite stays."

Some of the neighbouring buildings look run down.
Local restaurants limited.
Spa and hotel facilities good. Rooms are lovely.

"We had a fantastic stay at the 705, we honestly wished we had extended our stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we need for a few days stay in Porto. It was also spotless clean. But what was exceptionally special about the experience is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, kind, and wonderful to speak and interact with. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Porto. "

4. Replacing towels with dirty ones

6. Staff wasn't able to provide receipts only hotel manager so we had to wait until she was available
7. Hotel manager blamed Expedia for false advertisements
8. For the above reason, hotel manager refused to give us our reserved 'city view' room with twin beds upstairs; but instead, she placed us in the basement with a room that was dirty and moldy, which was immediately reported to Expedia
9. Hotel rating claims to be 3 but overall it deserves a rating of 0
10. Asking Expedia to never partner with this hotel ever again
11. Due to health concerns and an unhealthy and toxic environment, someone needs to investigate this hotel
