"Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."

We also had lunch and drinks outside at their bar and loved it. The staff was also very helpful and arranged our transportation from and back to the airport."
