Needs improvement

As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough.

Für einen 4 Sterne Hotel, war es in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Zimmer ein bisschen zu klein für 3 Personen und keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein und die Klimaanlage war veraltet und hatte komische Geruch.

Τhe room was excellent, very modern and recently renovated but the rest of the property needs renovation. The pool had problems with the paint that was pilling off and the surrounding tiles were slippery. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The lack of parking space is a thing that should be solved.

Friendly hotel by the beach

My wife and I stayed at Tylissos for a week. Great location by the beach with very hospitable staff. Rooms were clean although found bathroom a bit small. Good breakfast everyday. Daily activities including beach volleyball, aqua gym and yoga as well as evening entertainment. Its slightly out of the way taking around 30mins to the main tourist centre where the shops and restaurants are. On a few occasins we took the taxi - 5 euros. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location

This is a nice hotel with friendly welcoming staff. It is geared toward visitors from Russia so expect a different sort of breakfast. Sadly no toaster! Nice pool and beach area.

Hotel in ottima posizione,da rimodernare in alcuni

L'approccio iniziale non è stato dei migliori,la stanza prenotata non differiva dalle altre solo x la "vista giardino" ,ma soprattutto per un bagno minuscolo,vecchio è abbastanza impraticabile.Alle nostre rimostranze il direttore di è dimostrato disponibile e,il giorno successivo,ci ha assegnato una camera con bagno ristrutturato al piano superiore.In generale ci sarebbero molti rilievi da fare,la struttura ha dei punti deboli ed anche il personale a volte non dà impressioni favorevoli.In ogni caso si vede lo sforzo della organizzazione a fornire un servizio completo ai clienti,pertanto il giudizio è nel complesso positivo.

Personale cortese accesso diretto a bella spiaggia

Ottimo per rilassarsi durante gli spostamenti nell'isola. L'hotel organizza interessanti attività di animazione quotidiane presso la piscina o la spiaggia su cui si ha accesso diretto (bella spiaggia, lettini e ombrelloni sono a disposizione degli ospiti). Il personale è estremamente accogliente e cortese. Le camere sono un po' spartane, ma nel complesso sistemazione molto buona. Unica pecca: internet in camera e servizi quali la cassaforte sono a pagamento.

Fuer den Preis in Ordnung - hat aber die beste Zeit hinter sich

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, allerdings muss man noch die Durchgangsstrasse ueberqueren. Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm kosten zusaetzlichen Aufpreis pro Tag. In der Vorsaison (Anfang Juni) kein Pool. Fruehstueck und Abendessen gut, aber nicht ueberragend - kaum Abwechslung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemueht aber bisweilen etwas nachlaessig (z.B. Karaffe mit Wasser zum Essen, aber keine Glaeser ...). Zimmer in gutem Zustand und sauber, grosser Balkon, aber schwache Klimaanlage. Insgesamt fuer den guenstigen Preis empfehlenswert, wenn man keine zu hohen Erwartungen hat. Nicht vergleichbar mit anderen - aber halt auch deutlich teureren - 4-Sterne Hotels auf Kreta.
