Quality Inn & Suites Big Rapids near University
Rooms are always clean when we stay. Not the most updated hotel but ckean and reliable. Quiet hotel.

Room was great. Everything was good, just wished some of the staff could’ve speak a little bit more English. I really couldn’t understand some of the things she said.

The room was spotless, everything was in good condition. Rooming and comfortable. The wall of window and view was exceptional. The windows could have been cleaner but there was a blizzard going on during our stay. So hopefully that was the only reason for that. Location was perfect to enjoy the city. ...
