Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking great English. Apartments are kept clean and serviced daily with clean towels. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be helpful. Other than that, it had everything we needed.

check in was horrible, they had no idea about our reservation already being paid through expedia...they wanted to charge us a different rate until we told them we had already paid through expedia...had to wait few hours before they sorted it through expedia

Not for a lovely stay for a couple. Noisy, basic.
Pictures only show room with a view over the sea. Reality is only a few have a view, we specifically requested it as it was a special occasion for us.. but nothing. Our room overlooking an internal courtyard, basically being on show for the other internal rooms unless keep the curtains close. Parking around the area is a nightmare, one night have to drive around for 20min before getting a spot. If you're a group of friends looking for an easy accommodation close to the sunsun bars is ok. If you're looking for a lovely stay for 2, forget it. Total disappointment for us.

Basic but good for the money
Decent studio room, microwave and 2 hubs for cooking. Dust came out of the air con so we didn't keep that running. Bathroom with all you need, regular maid service. No balcony on check in, and we were offered a balcony room 2 days later but as only staying for 4 nights decided to stick with original room. Staff were lovely. Not too far too walk to sunset strip and restaurants

Good budget place to stay.
We were quite pleased with the condition of the room and building itself. It looked and smelled very clean and fresh. The location is great as it is close to a nice little beach/boardwalk (Never any trouble the whole week finding a spot to chill) which is much better than the main beach in San Antonio. The water is clear here and the beach is clean which made it enjoyable for us and a bonus considering it is just a 1 minute walk away. We thought staying in this side of San Antonio things would be quieter but it wasn't. It is expected to be loud in Ibiza though so I wouldn't mark it down as a bad thing, just something to be conscious of if you are a family or people who do not like to party all night. Pros: Location to beach, nearby restaurants, clean, smelled fresh, two AC's in the room which worked well, the pool was nice and rarely used by others... it gets sun from around 3PM to 5PM. Cons: Our "balcony" was not a balcony it was essential an extra room as it was covered by a wall and had a window to open this was disappointing as it looked like most of the other rooms including our neighbor has a real balcony. We had to keep asking to refill the toilet roll. The security on the doors could be a bit better as it was just a door knob lock and nothing else.

Excellent basic hotel
I needed a base in Sant Antoni at 24 hours notice in high season to help with a family emergency. Formentera Apartamentos provided the perfect solution. The rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. I had a view onto a wall but the room was spacious with air con, hob, microwave, fridge, good bathroom and small pool around the corner for a quick dip (between 10 and 6). I found it easy to park my hire car locally free of charge even in August. Rooms not very soundproofed so can be noisy at night with other guests returning late. Small supermarket for water etc open late, close by. Staff were very helpful. I would recommend as a good 'no frills' place in a nice area very close to the sea. Ask for a window with a balcony/view if you're not making an emergency reservation like I was.

The booked room that wasn't
After spending hours checking hotels against our criteria this hotel accepted our booking and took payment but when we arrived at 4am we were told that the hotel had no water so we had to relocate for one night but we could return to our chosen hotel the next day. The following day when we asked reception at the substitute hotel to ring a taxi to take us back to the Formentera we were told we had better ring them first to see if they had a room for us. We did and they hadn't. We were told they had only a very small room with no balcony just a small window. That was not what we had booked.

Well worth a stay.
Nice hotel providing you are ready to be awoken in the early hours by party goers. Ask for a room on the upper floors and the end of the corridor to avoid some of the noise. Very close to the beach and all local amenities and Downtown Ibiza only 20mins away.

Basic hotel near the beach
When we first arrived we were in a room that was very loud on the ground floor. We asked if it was possible to get a new room, the hotel staff said we would have to wait til the morning to see. The next morning they said they had a room with a sea view available. Once we moved into the new room we had a great stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful - when our safe broke, they fixed it within 2 hours! A good basic apartment hotel, within 10 minutes of cafe mambo. There is a decent sized, reasonably priced supermarket just up away from the beach and back along the main road.

Perfect hotel, nice beach
The hotel was perfect, the staff helpful. The beach is around 2 minutes far from the hotel, but if sou want enjoy a sand beach you need to walk a little bit more.

Nice apartment close to a little beach and centre
It's basic but suited what we needed! Our apartment was very spacious and we had two balconies (no sun). The aircon (which was free) was brand new and located about the bed (very quiet) so this was lovely to have! Wifi was perfect and worked throughout the whole building. Please note rooms do not have a hair dyer, but the bathroom does have Shampoo/shower gel. Hotel staff was lovely and location was good. It was a 10 min walk to the main strip (west end) and 10 mins to the party bus station. There was a little beach (perfect to watch the stunning sunset) just 1 min away.

Good location
It's only about 100m away from the beach/sunset strip, and from there you can walk down the entire path to Cafe del Mar or even further towards the port - great location. Bed is a bit hard and I don't think you can control the AC, but the toilet is very clean, warm water readily available. Good stay overall.

Ok place - to stay in St Antoni
Shower had some holes that the plumber didn't fix - but the rest of the experience was ok. The staff was the best part of the whole hotel. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Nice hotel in a great area
Checked previous reviews before booking and there were no surprises. The hotel was great for the price and was in a great area not too far away from all points of interest. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this hotel highly!

Nice hotel, within a quieter area of San Antonio, easy walking distance to the small beach and Café Mambo or other restaurants. About 10 min walk into the west end and beyond.

Spacious, great sea views, basic but clean, only negative I can see is that there is exactly 2 of everything (cutlery/glasses) which is a bit of a pain. Also could do with a corkscrew and there was no sharp knife. Would stay again.

Bonne expérience. Le personnel était très souriant. L'hôtel est bien placé. Notre studio était spacieux. Seul hic, appartement très très très peu équipé. Même pas une passoire pour faire des pâtes, couteaux qui ne coupent pas. Pour si peu de jours on doit tout acheter (sel, huile, sopalin...) ce serait top qu'il y ait le minimum. Grand parking très proche. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai volontiers

L'hotel è in ottime condizioni e molto pulito. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La piscina comoda e bella. Fronte spiaggia. A 2 passi dal centro. Vicino al lungomare e a un sacco di ristoranti molto buoni. La nostra camera tripla molto spaziosa. Sicuramente consigliato.

For the price and the description ("apartamentos") and photos, we expected much more. The location is great, but we stayed in a small studio that desperately needs some renovation. The biggest problem, however, is not that everything is old, but the fact that you can hear everything from the rooms next door. During the period we stayed there we woke up several times at night with noise (slamming doors, screaming, drunk and rude people). The staff was mostly kind and is not to blame for the behavior of the other guests, but there are no rules concerning noise and security. We realized that anyone could enter the building: there is no control at the entrance and no key to access the elevator. We didn't feel safe and even less comfortable staying there.

De las peores experiencias que he tenido y eso que no soy exigente... Medio hotel estaba alquilado a ingleses borrachos, ruidosos e irrespetuosos que escuchaban música a todo volumen con las puertas abiertas, bebían alcohol en los pasillos y escalseras, gritaban y corrían como si fuera una residencia estudiantil y nadie del hotel se tomó la molestia de reclamar o pedirles que respetasen un poco, en conclusión no hemos dormido ni un minuto debido a esto.
