Dear guest, First of all thank you for taking your time to share this comments and I am really sorry you take this perception from our employees. As far as we know, the day you lost the Ipad, front desk Manager and Guest service were with you trying to understand what happened. While you were with the staff trackers were reviewed and the signal was outside the hotel, one of our employees went walking to see if they found someone around where they saw the track. I would appreciate you don´t blame the staff if you can not demonstrate it. In that moment we suggest you to do a formal denunce and you refused our recommendation. Our employees are working with us since time ago and part of our success is thank you to their effort and their commitment. I am so sorry it happened during your stay with us. Our front desk manager was dealing with you all time and we don´t understand now this review.
