Beautiful location, beautiful development, great food, friendly staff. Music too loud for us each evening from 8pm - 11pm, even through closed door in our room. Loads of steps everywhere so help with luggage would’ve been welcome

I would have given five stars on all the categories, but when I requested a kettle, I’ve been told that it will be delivered to my room, even after repeatedly asking about it for two days. It never arrived!

Perfect location if you want to get away from clubs of San Antonio. Great for kids and adults alike. If you are travelling without children, it has pool and restaurant areas that are only for adults. Portinatx town has lots of good bars and restaurants, although food in hotel is excellent. You can also hire paddle boards, kayaks, jetski’s etc. Complex is beautiful, with private beach. Be warned that there are LOTS of steps, so wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with limited mobility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One small complaint would be lack of hotel/ local area information when checking in. Overall a really nice hotel on a stunning island.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by trees. There is a small private beach with turquoise water with SUP and kayak available for rent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We book with half board and the experience was great. A lot of food options. There are various outdoor areas like pools, bars gym. Next time we will stay longer. Very good experience.

Highly recommended hotel. Great for active teens
Beautiful setting with clean, modern and well maintained facilities. Good range of included activities to interest everyone and especially keep our teenage boys entertained. Lots of different spaces (families, adults only, beach, pool, shady grassy areas, spa, bars etc) meant it never felt crowded or too busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice and quantity of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets - only let down slightly by not having clear labelling for dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan)

The bath/toilet were dirty, hair on the linen. The outfitting & furniture was cheap and used. The staff was slow. The house keeping was annoying. Quite not an good experience overall.

Not my cup of tea. Het was heel rumoerig, overal musac. Buffet-eten, animaties, als je van rust houdt moet je hier niet wezen. Het was massaal en luidruchtig. Verder was de WiFi abominabel slecht, op de kamer helemaal geen bereik en zelfs in de centrale hal, als je al connectie kreeg, heel traag. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug.

Pretty basic place and overpriced for what it is. They have a nice (very small beach) - don’t bother with the food though as it’s shocking. Nice staff though and work hard. I think it’s a management problem. The bed was nice but almost none of the amenities (including plugs) worked in the room

The room we had located at the back of the hotel was no-frills like a 3 star. We probably got one of the last available rooms so we didn’t have any nice view. The service was limited - we had to put a 10 euro deposit down to get a pool towel which was a bit of a faff especially in Covid with having to exchange money. The private beach is a great bonus. As were the different pool options but probably a 3 star experience all round. Most nights we ate at Six Senses next door as the food reviews we read were not great.

The hotel is nice the food is great and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean but very small for families. If you want to get away from it all its the perfect place, but if you want to get around you would need a car.

Top resort, entertainment & value!
This is the best value vacation I have ever been on and one of the most fun too. While the rooms may be good three star standard, the facilities and entertainment, with private beach, three pools, tennis courts, table tennis, canoes for use free of charge, shows ever night, etc. is better than many four and five star resorts I have stayed in. We had planned on upgrading our room for the final 3 nights but as our room as such a great sea view, we didn't bother. There are lots of steps, so if you have young kids or are not that mobile, something to take into consideration. The food, with lots of fish and salad options was super for us. The staff of the hotel are brilliant and make a real effort to get to know the guests, in particular the entertainment staff go above and beyond to make your stay as fun and as memorable as possible.

Our 4th stay.
This was our 4th visit, out 1st without children. The place is looking good; our money is most definitely being reinvested into the complex, with beautiful newly decorated rooms, upgraded pool and so on. Rooftop terrace looks lovely on the photos, but that's all we saw of it, as unfortunately the premium to use the terrace was an extra 20 Euros per day. I didn't begrudge paying extra for our beautiful room, but it wasn't clear when I booked, that there would be an additional charge for use of the terrace - but when I saw that there were kids running up and down the stairs to the terrace, I wasn't that bothered. Food is great; I'm vegetarian and am used to having a choice of one item per meal, but here, there are so many salad options that I could have plate after plate of lovely fresh food. The staff are friendly and helpful - especially if you make an effort and try to speak their language - it's their country! Why not!?! Dos Vinos tinto por favor, will get you two red wines and a smile :) One rainy day during our week in October; this is a great time of year to visit. Weather generally good and hotel not so busy that you can't find a bed in the sun. Private beach still beautiful, as are the main beaches in the village.

Great value for money
Own private beach - we went just before UK school holidays so quiet hotel. Lots of steps but knew this before we went. Got its own beach lovely for swimming and two pools which were a little noisy for us old folk. Food always good choice and something to eat - we are not big drinkers of alcohol but hotel could accommodate what ever we wanted but obviously local drink and not teachers whiskey or baileys but their equivalent. All in all a good relaxing break.

Love this place!
This was our third visit to Club Hotel Portinatx and we will be back again. Towards the end of the season, so nice and quiet. Plenty sunbeds for all! Wide range of foods and snacks available from salads to suit every taste, to squid rings and battered hake. I don't eat meat, but my husband and son do and we're spoilt rotten with the choices on offer; cold meats, terrines, pork, beef, lamb. Dessert choices were really good; light fluffy cakes, chocolate mousse to die for and a variety of traditional local mousses and biscuits, not to mention fresh fruit. Red wine very easy to drink and cocktails ready made for speed.

We knew very little about Ibiza outside its clubbing reputation, so we were delighted with the civilised, scenic setting of Club Hotel. It isn't quiet - too much of a family hotel for that - but we didn't see anyone getting out of order.

The hotel was nice and clean. The beach is lovely but very small and can only comfortably accomodate around 20 people. The views are great. It's only a short walk to the other bays and beaches which are also lovely. The hotel was too small to accommodate the amount of guests really and we went in September, so I wouldn't recommend it in high season. The staff were great and very helpful with some talented entertainment staff who weren't too pushy when there were events. The food was great. I'm a vegetarian and I found plenty of variety. There are free to use canoes, kayaks and windsurfers which is brilliant. Overall we enjoyed it but won't return.

Pretty, quiet area. Basic hotel
Had a good stay here, the hotel is basic but we were upgraded to a sea view room when we arrived which was great. There's a decent choice of food in the restaurant but it's very cheap quality. The beer & wine are of the very cheapest quality so we just gave up on the all inclusive & went out for drinks or bought wine from the local supermarket that we drank on our balcony. We weren't impressed with the evening "entertainment" & the pool was too crowded so we went elsewhere to sunbathe. I wouldn't do all inclusive here again but the local area is really lovely & great to explore by bike or car. Nice snorkelling too.

Genuine friendly holiday resort
The staff were incredibly kind in making everyone feel involved at the level that they wanted to be involved. The food was healthy, varied and tasty. The room was basic but clean. There was an unpleasant smell as noted that came and went but it was not there for long and did not affect the bedroom or social areas. The location was also good as it was only 5 mins walk from more beaches, supermarkets, vehicle rental. This resort is ideal for children but they will not make you feel out of place if you do not have them.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and services. Having been on similar packages in other countries I was more than happy with the food, service, staff and facilities and would and have recommended already to friends. We will definitely go back to this hotel and use the BG chain again

Beautiful place
A good hotel, with lots of sports (kayaking, great snorkelling, biking). It would have been good to have all kayaks kept out until the hotel shuts (so we didn't have to share them as much) and some more vegetables not in batter would be appreciated. Only small things - on the whole, a pretty location and a nice hotel. Useful to have a car to reach the hotel and see the island.

When we got there , we were put in a decision making choice of better quality room, compare to what we booked in and payment upfront for the upgrade. No service of ironing available. No info about what is included in the package. Its a very basic hotel with very limited facility. Poor customer service and information

Fint hotel som mangler lidt kærlighed til detaljer
Fint hotel og værelser er dejligt lys og fint indrettet. Desværre var badeværelset ikke særlig ren med masser af hår på gulvet. Stranden er en lille privatstrand som gerne fortjener lidt mere kærlighed, der lå skræl i sand plastic mm.
