The owner was incredibly kind and helpful in English and even helped me access excursions. I was able to arrive by bus (but a car would be helpful) and I enjoyed the breakfast and dinners. Nice people, beautiful place! Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Yoisama and of course, it was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly as always. The rooms were clean and well decorated. This was our first visit to Ishigaki. The hotel is a bit removed from the airport or sea port, but the sunrise and calm views more than make up for it. Staff is excellent!
