"The property was very impressive.. the staff were all well trained and respectful.. the breakfast was always on point.. During my vist the pool wasn't available and totally drained... its such a small thing but sometimes little things matter.. also say a few roaches..lol im not a cringy type but ..."

"I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel"
