"The Ixian Grand is incredible. This was our 3rd stay here and we are staying again in October. The Hotel itself is clean, welcoming and has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing, chilled out holiday. There are plenty of sunbeds to go round and you dont have to fight for one or reserve one. The food is great. We always eat at the buffet vis a vis reataurant. Plenty of choice. You can go up as many times as you like with a fresh plate and all the food is replenished promtly, so no need to load up with everything. The poolside snack bar is fantastic if you dont want a heavy lunch. The rooms are very clean and lots of amenities. The inside and outside bars are great and good selection of drinks included with all inclusive. The thing that sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable one. Even on our first stay they were incredible. The reception team are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The Porters and the transfer guys are fantastic. All of the restaurant staff are amazing. No request is too much trouble. One of my friends is allergic to peanuts and seafood and the restaurant team are so knowledgeable we had no worry about what they could eat. Finally the housekeeping staff were very friendly. We even noticed that the Hotel management were always at the hotel and worked just as hard as all the staff. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is fatastic. "

"Since it is the beginning of the off season, there was plenty of parking. The room was great, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any and all of our requests."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Sunshine Rhodes. Stayed in a beautiful apartment, the resort was amazing, the food was the tastiest, the staff were so lovely and accommodating, it was the perfect, relaxing holiday break I needed! The only negatives for me was that the air con in the room was not available where they are turned off from October 1st, which didn't seem to be clear when I booked, but having the balcony door open at night sufficed. Secondly the residential houses surrounding the resort seem to all have dogs which all barked and howled frequently - one house behind Hermes apartment block had a very large, extremely fluffy dog who barked and howled frequently (who was probably just hot and in distress being left outside a lot sadly). So the external resort noises were sometimes a bit disruptive of the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Thirdly, would have liked to have seen more recycling bins around the resort for the plastic cups and straws that are given out for refreshments, but otherwise loved it!"
