"It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests.
We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills. "
"Perfect location. Nice, quiet ,spacious clean hotel rooms near public transport and shops close by too. Great restaurant and sports bar too in the hotel.
Would highly recommend for couples or singles"

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The small alley is dirty and very badly smelling.
Another matter. I am supposed to have got some poits or reward. On August 1st I will be staying in Holiday inn in Auckland. Ask them to look after me."
"We stayed at the Mayfair for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and polite and the room was comfortable. Having drinks at the rooftop bar was the perfect way to enjoy the evening. Not to mention, the location was fantastic and conveniently located across from Rundle St Mall.
I would have given 5 stars for everything if not for the slightly aged room. For example, all USB charging sockets in the room were broken. And teh layout was slightly odd, e.g. power outlets were in far corners and the room phone was tucked away in a corner almost behind the cupboard. I suppose that’s also because its a heritage building converted into a hotel.
Also, another little inconvenience is that there isn’t a proper driveway/drop-off point at the hotel and you need to get off/on at the loading zone along the street, but when the loading zone is full (which was often), it’s really difficult to load/unload your luggage."
"This is my favourite hotel in Adelaide. Just a bit out of town. Well situated with lots of parks close by.
Excellent amenities close by and a safe quiet neighborhood.
