"Room was clean but tv had lines, no shampoo and hav to have key card to even get in lobby. Bad location not easy to get to if not from the area. Bed was not comfortable even for hotel bed which most of the time suck anyway "

"I ran into an issue where my flight was delayed which caused me to miss my connecting flight and not get to the hotel until the next day. Even though I technically lost my reservation because I couldn't check in on time management was super helpful when I got there and helped me get everything sorted and got me a room for the time I needed. The entire staff was very helpful during my stay. "

"Clean room, pleasant front desk staff, good breakfast. No real designated area for pets and a lot of dog waste everywhere. If you’re going to charge me for pets , would expect a clean designated area for pet relief."
