Excellent experience. Great room and well furnished. Amazing view from the second floor window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Situated minutes from all the major museums.

Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system. Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.

This is my second time at this place. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. I love the art deco decor, but the hotel needs a little attention, not a major overhaul just some love.
