"Main reason why we book this hotel was for the hottest for back problems. The hit tub didn't have any water and was under maintentance. There was no where stating that online. We wouldn't have booked it. The room was nice."

Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. "Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. "
