Completely miss sold
The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. The breakfast was basic and the evening menu limited to soft stuff. The hotel appears to be popular with senior citizens with very few younger people. The private beach is not cleaned with seaweed in most places. I would say the shuttle services from the resdenace to the beach is first class. The telephone didn't work, the room was not a cleaned properly with the rubbish left in our room. The duvet was made but the bed sheets were left untouched.

We kindly invit you to revert to us in the minute if that type of incident, that remains an exception, had to occure again. We are focused on our guests wellness and satisfaction, that is what our popularity is based on and why so many families and students come and visit us during their summer holidays, and why lots of retired enjoy the sweetness of september sunshine here. We hope you will have a chance to come back between July and August to appreciate the joyful atmosphere of the village you were expecting and certainly make yourself another opinion about us. Too much time wasted waiting for elevators
Nice hotel but we spent too much time waiting for the elevators. 15min from the room to the breakfast !

Très bel endroit, beaux équipements, piscine, terrasses, bar, chambre fonctionnelle. Bien situé. Seul bémol, la salle de restaurant assez "vieillotte", qui ressemble un peu à un EHPAD et le buffet pas exceptionnel en qualité. Et route à proximité avec circulation bruyante.

Nous avons été déçu dès notre arrivé. Les photos ne sont absolument pas le reflet de la réalité. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être au camping (sauf qu'une nuit au camping n'est pas le même prix qu'une nuit à l'hôtel). Nous avons tourné plus d'une heure pour trouver une place de parking, sans compter que les enfants et mon mari ont du attendre dans la voiture en double file pour que je récupère les bracelets (35 min d'attente). Il y avait des poils dans notre salle de bain!!, pour le reste l'état général était correct. L'hôtel en lui même est correct mais vraiment dans son jus. On ne s'attend pas à ça en regardant les photos, ça ne fait pas autant rêver en vrai. Le personnel est très sympathique malgrés qu'à l'acceuil personne n'a souhaité m'expliquer les activités de l'hôtel puisque je restais qu'une nuit. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda. Se aparca bien en el propio hotel. A mejorar el desayuno del buffet!

Village club très calme dans un vaste domaine arboré. Nous avons apprécié les activités pour les enfants, piscines et bains à remous. Plage accessible à pieds ou en navette gratuitement. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner, ce n’est vraiment pas terrible tant par le choix que la qualité des produits.

Très bel endroit, deux piscines dont une intérieure chauffée. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est très bon, le buffet du midi un peu léger en plats chauds et assez pauvre en dessert dommage. La chambre familiale est très bien également, dommage beaucoup de poussière sous les lits.

Il est regrettable que nous ne puissions avoir des invités durant notre sejour. de plus je trouve incompréhensible que le jour du depard nous ne puissions pas jouir de la piscine, sauf supplément de 10€ par personne. je trouve cela exagéré ! Pas de clim dans la chambre avec 30°C. En ouvrant pour respirer nous nous sommes fait devorer par les moustique. C'est bien dommage!
