Hotel con dei belli spazi esterni e un bell’accesso a mare, ma le parti comuni della reception e della spa lasciano a desiderare. Buona la colazione e comode le camere ( frigo bar con bevande free) e in particolare il letto. Il personale cordiale ma non al livello di un hotel a 5 stelle. Non abbiamo usufruito dei lettini in spiaggia poiché tutti prenotati nonostante il costo aggiuntivo non compreso nel costo della camera (a mio avviso un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe lasciare disponibilità dei lettini agli ospiti indipendentemente dalla prenotazione di questi). Complessivamente potrebbe migliorare tanto questo hotel e a mio avviso non vale le 5 stelle e il prezzo delle camere che richiede.

Séjour correct

Avis partagé après un week-end dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins de ses clients. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont beaux et décorés avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. En revanche, pour un hôtel SPA 5 étoiles on a trouvé la propreté de la chambre moyenne surtout les tapis. Le SPA est vraiment petit, heureusement qu'on était en basse saison. Il n'est pas très bien équipé. Hormis le petit bassin et le hammam qui sont biens, les cabines sauna font office de jouet. Elles sont petites et pas chaude comme devrait être un sauna. Il n'y a pas de jaccuzi. Je trouve que l'hôtel ne mérite pas l'appellation SPA avec ce service. Les cabines de massage et soins sont biens.

Du bon et du mauvais

Joli hotel mais pas au niveau du standing affiché. D’abord le positif: Magnifique localisation, idéal pour découvrir les alentours, beau concept d’ecolodge, décoration très réussie, literie confortable. Mais nous avons également été déçus, compte-tenu du standing affiché par l’hôtel. - Pas de salle de bain fermée, elle est ouverte sur la chambre donc ne garantit pas d’intimité. - Manque de générosité sur le petit déjeuner livré en chambre (voir photo). - Room service très cher pour ce qui est à la carte (49€ pour un croque monsieur) - Travaux pendant notre séjour, sous nos fenêtres. Nous sommes bien sûr, conscients que le lieu est encore en cours d’aménagement mais nous n’avons pas apprécié de ne pas en être avertis avant de réserver car nous recherchions un cadre de tranquilité. De plus, nous n’avons, à ce sujet, reçu aucune excuse de la part de l’hôtel qui au contraire, nous a expliqué que « c’était la saison où les ouvriers sont disponibles ».
