The staff was very kind and efficient. Ieshua checked us in and was a very polite and helpful young man. Ray was at the front desk in the mornings and was also very polite and kind. The only issue we really had was the water in the sink backed up constantly, which we informed Ray about upon checkout. Wasn't crazy about no elevator and being on the 2nd floor, but we got through it with no incident.
