Was an amazing stay, the reception staff, the bar staff and beach staff were all amazing and so hospitable. Got an excellent chef too, the food was s o delicious.

I like to be honest here, there could have been more stars achieved if things would have been put right. I we t with a friend, we booked two chalets each (I am snoring). My friend got an upgrade next to the beach, even I paid for the rooms. If an upgrade, why only one person, we were also long ways apart. After long discussion, I got a room in the same complex. Room looked clean apart from a pubic hair in the shower unit which didn't disappear from that place the whole stay. My bed was only made by stretching the planet over the bed, underneath there was the still messed up bed linen with the sand on it as I felt when going to bed. So there could be some improvement. But these are minor things as I am holiday. The beach was live let, but was messed up by loud music almost none-stop, loud as in a club! If you come to relax, that's no place to stay, if you come for clubbing, you will be happy! I understand that most beaches have music, but it could be at a volume where people still can have conversations with each other. But what really annoyed me was that I was charged for two water bottles from the minibar, where I didn't touch the minibar at all! I also should have received daily two bottles of water of which one day I didn't receive it at all! When I told reception, they were strict I have to pay for these two bottles even I repeat I got told them that I have not used them! Seems like that reception believes staff more than guests! Otherwise I can't fault that place!

I would say a 3* hotel, unless they upgrade it
The hotel atmosphere and location was vary good. Staffs are friendly Room weren't as expected and were very down grated. No toiletries, apart from one liquid soap for for body and one for hand wash. The food was same and vary little choices every day. All the rooms need to be upgraded. The garden and surroundings was beautiful and the beaches was on the door steps and clean Overall the location and surroundings was beautiful, but internals needs to be upgraded for customers to returns back. No Wi-Fi and little connection in reception areas only.

I think the property is beautiful and clean. My only concern is: no internet in the rooms, only lobby, sharing areas, no a lot of variety of foods. No night club as announced in amenities.

Nothing to mention to make this place even acceptable. The frontdesk staff are rude and unprofessional; the housekeeping staff are super rude and irresponsible; the pool and beach watch staff are extremely irresponsible (a kid almost drowned in the kids pool and they wanted to blame the parents); the restaurant and food are not clean nor well prepared; the roooms are smelly and the toilets are not clean (The toilet seat had pee drops on it. When I complained about it, the housekeeping claimed its stained but not dirty. What an excuse!). I had to walk more than 330 ft (100 m) from the reception to the room becuase the hotel doesn't even have a golf cart for the elderly. There are only two billboys who handle all the guests' bags. This place doesn't come any close to a two-star hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Swimming pools and the Aquapark are very enjoyable. Mostly friendly staff. Great food options. Air Conditioned rooms.

Just right to relax on the beach
Compaired with hotels nearby the beach is also well maintained, but you will find few stones entering the red sea. That makes it easy to get in and out for swimming in the warm and absolutely clear water.

Not what I expected, wouldnt recommend
First of all - This is a kid friendly hotel so I was not surprised by the kids and all the noise. But.. Here is everything else that is not ok.. The hotel is not at shown as the pictures, which I know is typical. But it was in SO bad condition. The water in the shower barely lets water run thru. Often the water is cold (i did complain about this several times). The aircondition makes such a loud noise that it will interrupt your sleep. The card key to the room door doesnt work - every day i needed to go to the reception so they could reset. And also, I requested a double bed which i did not get even tho the hotel was not fully booked. The buffet (all inclusive) was absoloutely HORROR. Such bad food, bad quality. Same food every day! And leftovers from dinner gets thru for many days, guess they dont waste which is good. But same leftovers for 4 - 5 days is no good (and yes i did get sick). Bonus info: somehow, this hotel attracts same kind of people. Meaning: jumps infront of you in line, grabs food with hands/fingers, takes food to sniff and puts back in the buffet. Very rude and uncivilazed kind of behaviour. The staff: they will never leave you alone regarding to selling services. If you are taking a nap at the beach, they will wake you up. If you tell them: no please i dont want anything - they will sit for you long time and try to sell. This was not for me, and i wouldnt come back here.

Geht auf keinen Fall in dieses Hotel.
Zuerst dachte ich, die schlechten Bewertungen sind übertrieben, da doch sehr viele das Hotel loben und die Fotos ganz o. k. aussehen. Allerdings musste ich feststellen, dass die guten übertrieben sind und die schlechten richtig. Schon das Check-in dauerte ewig, ca. 20 Minuten. Zuerst ignorierten sie einem einfach, dann fanden sie die Reservierung nicht und dann gab es ein Problem mit der Schlüsselkarte. Einfach alles völlig unorganisiert und durcheinander. Eigentlich hatte ich ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meersicht gebucht. Bekommen habe ich eines mit Poolsicht. Beim Bau hatten Sie allgemein das Deluxe komplett vergessen - Verschiedene Sachen waren nicht in Ordnung. Nach der Reklamation habe ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Auf den ersten Blick sah es ganz o. k. aus. Allerdings habe ich das ganze Ausmass erst am nächsten Tag realisiert, da es am Vorabend schon dunkel war, ich müde und nur noch schlafen gehen wollte. Es hatte nur partielle Meersicht und das Zimmer war unter aller Sau. Es roch merkwürdig, war dreckig und mit Deluxe hatte das Zimmer keine Gemeinsamkeiten. Warmwasser gab es auch keines. Zum Glück war das Bett sauber. Auch der Essensbereich könnte eine gründliche Reinigung gebrauchen. Da ich nur noch eine Nacht vor mir hatte, dachte ich Augen zu und durch. Das positive war aber, dass das Personal sehr freundlich ist, das Essen o. k., und der Strand ist auch in Ordnung.

Es war eine sehr schöner Strand und neue Liegen. Das essen war sehr gut. Das grosse minus war das wir um 12 uhr unsere Essensbändchen abgeben mussten und erst um 23.55 den Rückflug hatten. Das heisst man konnte nichts mehr essen und trinken.Ich war schon 97 mal in hurghada. DAS HATTE ICH NOCH IN KEINEM HOTEL GEHABT.

Good hotel and good site near the centre of hargah
It was very good except in first day they didn't fix air condition for 12 hour and it was so hot weather. The hotel very comfortable .the beach very good.site of hotel is very good near evry thing and shopping centres.
