Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again

Superb resort
Everything is perfect. What an amazing resort. It deserves 10/10. Staff are very friendly and professional. Super clean and well organized. I am waiting to have an accomodation there again. All facilities are available. Great location. Food is very delicious. Many restaurants and bars are available. Beach is super clean. Many very clean pools are available everywhere. Special Thanks to Mr. Sherif at reception for his generous treatment and kindness.

My family and I absolutely loved this resort. It was an amazing experience and the perfect place for vacation. On arrival we were greeted by Islam who was super helpful and available to us the entire trip. He was able to accommodate us on all our requests. There was always so much to do at this resort. The pools and beach were beautiful. The resort also offers many fun activities during the day and at night. My personal favorite was the night time pool party on our last night of our vacation. The hotels spa was super relaxing and was exactly what I needed for this vacation. We created many relationships with hotel staff and even with the vendors from across the streets. Overall I highly recommend this resort, it is truly a hidden gem!

Overall good experience. Some of the serving staff provided better service to non locals vs locals. Other than that, room, amenities and dinning was good. Recommend to any one esp with kids as they have 4 kiddie pools.

Perfect place for families and especially kids. Day is full of activities which is amazing. Beach is a bit rocky not pure sandy. The food is terrible and tasteless. Animation team can do better in terms of interactions with the guests. Parking places inside the hotel is limited, so the staff sometimes choose or pick who gets to park inside which is disappointing.

Albatross Beach hotel is a very large hotel that caters for all ages. Likes: The service was exceptional in all areas of the hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms: very modern, clean and well equipped Pools, some of which were heated Lovely beach Slight grumbles: It was very difficult to get a table for a party of 6 sitting outside at the buffet restaurants. There was a lack of atmosphere in the restaurants. The variety of food was limited. This is a very large hotel so I am glad we did not visit when it was at it's busiest (during the school holidays). We were a party of six, covering 3 generations and the hotel catered well for us all.

Overall the property is new, the hotel started operating 2 months ago , the staff is more than amazing and very friendly . the food was not the best during the whole stay.. if you can manage to get BB room and eat from any other restaurant that will be a perfect decision.. rooms were very clean , the pool and the beach are perfect . yet the pools don't yet have heaters which makes it very cold for kids

Tout était parfait ! S'il y a un point à amèliorer c'est les buffets. Trés ordinaire pour un 5 étoiles. La présentation et la variete est tres ordinaire. On dirait plus une cafeteria d'école au lieu d'un buffet. Une seule personne le matin pour faire les oeufs c'est decourageant d'attendre. Le snack proche de la plage est vraiment TROP ordinaire et il y a plein d'oiseaux qui touchent la nourriture. Un grand filet devrait être mis ou bien il faut fermer cet endroit. J'ai mangé la une fois car j'ai ete degoutee. Tout le reste est A1.

- Essen war einseitig - immer das Selbe in Buffetform - Kinderessen sehr kleines Buffet (auch immer das gleich) - Frühstück ok.. Westliche Europäer essen den Salami, Wurstwaren nicht. - Evetuell 2te Eierstation? Der Koch hätte freude! Pool Top Animation Top Störend, die andauernden belästigungen am Pool durch; Snokerlin, Safari,Massage..no go! Drinks naja..Unter Cocktails verstehe ich etwas anderes...... Sonst ist das Hotel sehr Gut und empfehlenswert.

We had a geat holiday! The hotel and grounds we're very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive restaurants and bars we're great and the pools and beach close by with lots of space! The service was also great! The only problem was one of our beds: the matress and pillows hurt our backs. But the staff reacted quickly and tried everything to remedy the situation. We can highly recommend a stay at the hotel! We very much enjoyed ourselfs.

Wir hatten das White Beach gebucht , haben aber leider gebucht Leistung nicht erhalten. Wir würden uns Blu Spa umgebucht ohne zu fragen ! Dabei hatten wir uns bewusst fürs White beach entschieden da das Blu Spa uns nicht zugesagt hat da dort alles so kahl und unfreundlich wirkte. Es war ein Urlaub in dem man sich nicht wohl fühlte! Und Expedia hat uns nur einen Gutschein für 2 Personen gegeben !!! Drum gekümmert hat sich keiner!

Wij zijn 10 dagen op dit resort geweest. Prachtig resort direct aan het strand. Alles is goed georganiseerd. Fijn en gezellig animatieteam. Ook het eten in de avond is uitstekend. Wordt klaar gemaakt waar je bij staat. De pizza buiten in de avond op het terras is werkelijk perfect en wordt bereid door een hele vriendelijke meneer. Wat wij minder prettig vonden waren de opdringerige verkopers van excursies. Maar na 2 dagen kregen we bij de handdoeken ook een 'do not disturb' vlaggetje. Ideaal! Excursie snorkelen/duiken is perfect georganiseerd! Aanrader. Evenals de safaritocht naar een bedoeïenendorp en buggy/quad rijden. Top! Kamers worden ontzettend goed schoongemaakt. Badkamer was wel wat verouderd.

Familien(club)hotel mit riesiger Poollandschaft und Auswahl ohne Ende beim Essen. Für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Aber zu einem „richtigen“ 5 Sterne Hotel fehlt aus meiner Sicht noch einiges beim Service. Engagiertes Personal ist gut, aber manchmal musste man aufpassen, dass einem nicht die Teller noch beim Essen weggezogen werden. Beim Espresso muss man sagen small sonst erhält man eine Kaffeetasse, wo man definitiv nicht weiß ob es Kaffee oder Espresso ist. Der Cappuccino kommt meines Erachtens meistens aus dem Automaten. Wer richtig guten Service wie im 5 Sterne Hotel haben möchte sollte das kostenlose Angebot des WOW Restaurant nutzen.

個人不愛被明顯歧視感覺
在hotel.com預訂並已付費，去現場確說找不到到。給服務人員看訂單，說看不懂中文，之後就說會處理然後愛理不理，還是我自己轉換好英文請他們再查一次，個人感覺對東方人極不有善！設施環境都不錯，餐也好，適合帶小朋友全家渡的，但我個人是絕不，會再去！！

Tolles Hotel, super SPA, sehr groß, Essen ist Okay
Das Hotel ist absolut neu, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig geschnitten, das WLAN ist sehr gut. Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Qualität der Speisen ist in Ordnung, allerdings für ein 5*****-Hotel nicht passend.

Открываем новые отели.
Новый современный отель,очень чистый,хорошие рестораны, в том числе и на пляже.Отель расположен на первой линии,пляж песчаный,но море не подходит для любителей много плавать.Мы ходили плавать на пляж соседнего отеля, но это не запрещено.Отель предназначен скорее для отдыха с детьми.Имеется детский клуб, аттракционы для детей,однако нет детского меню.В целом отель может предоставить комфортный,спокойный отдых для всех категорий отдыхающих.
