Great hotel choice in El Gouna. Beach front rooms are nice, good facilities and reasonable prices. The beach is good and so are the pools. Service is very good, they are very attentive and have small gestures such as cleaning sunglasses and settings towels for you. The town is a short stroll away and offers a good choice of restaurants and bars.

We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. We had a great stay in Iberotel Makadi beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home and the beach/amenities are very good. I recommend this hotel and will be going back again in my next visit to Egypt

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. Very friendly staff and amazing pools

Looking forward coming back next year. Hotel has done some positive changes from our last stay. Food options at the beach are much better now than last year. Really like the option of having our Breakfast at the Mexican restaurant . Staff very friendly and management will help you to sort out any problems you might have during your stay. Also enjoyed Sunday lunch for the English guests. The gardens around the hotel are absolutly beautiful. A big credit to the gardeners.

I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.

We had a 10 day break in early March and I do not think that we could have chosen a better location.Everything about the hotel really was first class relative to the cost of the holiday.
