"The room was modern and clean, the staff were personable and helpful, and I have consequently taken an Accor membership. Moving forward, I will most definitely be looking to stay here again, as it is in the most convenient location I can think of in central Hobart. The convenience of being able to request an umbrella for day use from the concierge was perfect for the one day of rain out of the seven we spent there. Literally my only complaint is around the lack of cutlery/crockery in the room to use with all of the delicious cheeses etc. sold locally, and I would have LOVED if there was a rooftop bar, or top floor lounge bar to socialize."

"Great location for our purpose. Neat rooms recently renovated with modern small unsuite, good bed, cosy doonas, and very quiet effective air-conditioning/heating. The rooms are not sound proof so you could hear noises in other rooms and the hallway at times. Being part of the hotel was great with full bar and bistro facilities. A breakfast pack is available in the room as the hotel only serves breakfast on the weekends. Great cafes just a walk down the road."

"A magical time in a magical place. We stayed in the Walter (split level two bed room/bath rooms) that was amazing. Great amenities, helpful attentive staff, great food and drinks. The Mona Museum was incredible too. All around it was a most memorable and magnificent time in this gorgeous place!"
