When I arrived, I immediately checked my beds for bed bugs (I do this for every place I stay). There was no stains on the mattress itself bit the white sheets had black dark stains all over them. They even had cigarette stains and burns. The pillows didnt look washed and still had stains that looked like makeup/eyeliner on them. Then when my daughter picked up the mattress to check for bugs on her bed, there was literally an half piecebof a toasted bread and crumbs all over the place. I couldn't believe it! I took pictures but i dont think this site will let me post them. The sink still had hair and dirt in it and the room smelled like dirty carpet. I was so disgusted that I went to show the manager the pictures and asked for a better room. I would even pay the differences but I needed something clean and much better quality. He gave me a room behind the office that was smoke free but it smelled like smoke. It was cleaner but still had stains and cigarettes burns on the bedding. There was even a rat poop stuck to the white sheet. Since I didn't see any bed bugs we decided to stay because I didnt want to lose my expedia money and it was really late already. However, we went to Walmart and bought pillow cases and a kingsize bed sheet bc i didn't want to sleep on their bedding. I also bought small blankets to sleep with. I hated to spend more money but the pillow cases seemed unwashed. It was seriously the worse hotel experience but it was my fault for not checking the reviews

The amenities listed were not available. No ice, no washing/drying. Cups were dirty and unwrapped. Deposit wasn’t refunded in a timely manner on top of the owner being rude, had me almost in tears and switching around prices “non smoking more expensive” then said “smoking is more expensive” I felt scammed after driving all day with a tired brain.Took 40 minutes to get the key to our pre booked room. Never staying there again.

Regretting my decision
The rooms air was off so it took all nought to try to cool it off. The bathtub had been painted over and pair was peeling and flaking off. Live roach in the seam of the frig. Only paid $50 for the room but the night before I paid $60 somewhere else and had no issues

We had a nice stay at the hotel. It's an older hotel but room was very clean and comfortable. We had an accessible room , which the bathroom was a reg. With a wood board across the tub for a seat for handicap. Need reg shower chair for handicap room. Board is not safe, will fall if you move to much during showering. Would i stay again; yes. It was clean and although near hwy 45, was quiet.

This property should be removed from Expedia. Check in was fine. Room reeked of cigarettes. Used condoms found next to bed. Fleas in bed. I have photos of these issues. Also random men walking around property, felt very safe.

Would not stay here if you have a choice
Rooms were nothing like the pictures. Main lights didn’t work and lamps flickered the whole time, only light that worked was bathroom light. Dresser was broken, the door wouldn’t shut all the way. Room was not clean and smelled like old water mildew. Only thing I’d give 5 stars is the front desk attendant, she was super friendly.

My Towels
The room was really fine there was a hole in the restroom above my towels the towels were good on the first day of check-in like they were brand new but the ones they just laid on my bed the next day were dingy and appear to be poorly washed. I will stay there again location and pricing are really good. I have already booked my next stay there for September.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in! I did not stay. Room was dirty and smelled horrible. I was traveling alone so I requested a room close to office on ground floor. I was first assigned a room on ground floor and at very back of property where there were no other guests. Room was around a corner and on a small incline to where I could not see my vehicle and I would have to either walk up a flight of stairs or around a building and down two rooms to get to my room. I went back to office and requested another room. This time I was given a room closer to office and closer to other guests. Upon entering it smelled stale! Bed linens were stained. Drawers broken off of dresser. Dirty furniture. TV was sitting sideways on its stand. I immediately left. Didn’t even go by office! Zero stars!!

The bedding is filthy. I found dried snot on the inside of one of the bed sheets. The box spring on the other bed is covered in what I can only conclude is blood?? Cherry on top - found some illegal substances in one of the dresser drawers. Those are just the extra special horrors. There's so much more worng with this nightmare motel. If we hadn't checked in at 3 a.m., i would've walked to the front desk, dropped my card key and just driven to anywhere else but here. Seriously y'all, they really don't get worse than this.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed. I almost just slept in my car. Stains on the blanket and sheets. On one of the chairs. The floor. The tub was leaking water & you can tell they don’t clean it right as there was a scrunchie behind the night stand.

Room 244 was a disaster, the sink is broken, the whole bath tub/shower needs replacing, the carpet looked like it had blood stains on it need replacing overall, the phone don't work the light fixtures are dismantled, roaches crawling around. And reported it that evening had to have manager come turn on tv etc. Reported it again at check out was told that was the last part of them making repairs. They shouldn't be making reservations for those raggedy rooms. When people make reservations online they don't know what they are getting until they get there. And the map told us to exit 124 and their exit is 116. We did not take any photos
