"Had a room looking at the courtyard, you could hear everything. The people hanging out there were so loud. We had to wake up early for an event and got no sleep. The front desk couldn’t tell them to quiet down. Besides that the room was not bad and it was clean. "

"Room was spacious and clean - everything up to date for a 20 year old hotel. Great location near Lake Sumter downtown. Good restaurant and outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean. Would highly recommend."

"Absolutely horrible experience. I booked this Motel 6 through Expedia, and when I arrived, the room was filthy. The beds smelled strongly like sweat and cigarette completely unacceptable. I was so disgusted that I could not stay there. I had to leave immediately and find another hotel in the middle of the night with my family, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The place also felt very unsafe, making the situation even worse. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund for this stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
