"Booked two beds got one. Got assigned to room with door wide open and lock won’t disengage Lost power at 11pm til 430am with no emergency back up lights even in hallways. But unable to leave room anyway as doors are electric and you can’t get back in. Which is against code Ice machine on 3rd floor ..."
