The young lady Alexa was truly amazing she was soo friendly and very professional. I stayed 2 extra days and she helped out graciously both times. I truly enjoyed my stay this place was very clean breakfast on point and it’s pet friendly. I’ll definitely be back 😊

Residence Inn Jackson
Clean room; extra space. Room was on side by interstate; very noisy all night with passing trucks. Crack in bathroom sink.

The room was spotless. It looked like a tiny apartment. My only complaint was the pull out sofa was very thin and the sheets that go on it was dirty. One of the beds also had hair on it
