"Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on arrival and food was good and reasonably priced. We stayed at rooms 207 & 208 which I guess is in the old part of the building so dated as expected but it was clean. Ample parking and located conveniently in the middle of town near shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"We stayed in a two bed pod. The pod was perfectly clean and suited us perfectly for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small shop on site was useful. The children enjoyed the play area. Would recommend. "

"Hotel had double booked and was unable to supply.the room that had been paid for. Hotels.com were impossible to contact by phone. Live chat took over 90 minute without redolving. Hotels.com then rung me from America twice at 01.30 am"

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets. "

"English breakfast and cereals. Could do with fresh fruit and pastries. Chair was very old in room and bathroom was super tight. Parking was free and good but amenities need improvement "
